Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider.

Digital Content Terms
Digital products are downloadable files. No physical item will be shipped.

File formats and included versions are listed in each product description. For ZIP downloads, extract the files before opening them. To complete fillable PDFs digitally, use Adobe Acrobat Reader.
